Kings River Media

About The Operator

Jonah Serfass started out as a crew member in New York City, working in the camera and lighting departments on film, television, documentary and commercial productions. One of his favorite jobs was working as a camera assistant on Food Network's "Chopped."

After 10 years, he and his wife escaped the city and relocated to Arkansas, where he spent six years as a videographer for a marketing agency, managing every step of video production: pre-production and campaign strategy, principal photography, post-production and cross-platform delivery.

In 2025 Jonah started Kings River Media to bring high-quality video production and aerials to the small towns of Northwest Arkansas and the Ozarks. Today he makes brand films and commercials for local businesses, listing media for real estate agents, and aerial maps for landowners and contractors.

Jonah is also an FAA Part 107 licensed drone pilot with a passion for exploring the landscape from an aerial angle. In his free time he can usually be found in a creek fishing for smallmouth bass, at home playing with his cats, or bushwhacking through the hills and hollers.
